WorthyMinder is a personal finance education and planning platform that helps you track your net worth, manage financial goals, understand spending patterns, and learn about financial concepts through AI-powered educational content.

The service includes: net worth tracking, transaction categorisation, goal management, scenario simulation, life timeline projection, financial insights, AI educational recommendations, and portfolio analysis tools.

3. Not financial advice

All content, recommendations, scores, simulations, and projections provided by WorthyMinder are for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute:

• ✗A recommendation to buy or sell any security or asset
• ✗A guarantee of any financial outcome or return
• ✗Legal or accounting advice

Past performance shown in simulations does not guarantee future results. Always consult licensed professionals for financial decisions.

4. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for: maintaining the confidentiality of your password, all activity that occurs under your account, ensuring your account information is accurate, and notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access.

You must be at least 18 years old to use WorthyMinder. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, upload malicious code or interfere with the service's operation, scrape or harvest data from the platform, impersonate any person or entity, or use the service to facilitate money laundering or financial fraud.

6. Data accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data you enter. WorthyMinder's calculations, scores, and recommendations are only as accurate as the data you provide. We are not liable for decisions made based on inaccurate data you have entered.

7. Intellectual property

WorthyMinder and its content, features, and functionality are owned by WorthyMinder and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Your financial data remains yours. We claim no ownership over the data you enter into the platform.

8. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where possible.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorthyMinder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided by the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we discontinue the service. Upon termination, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where WorthyMinder operates. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
